Top 20 Music Videos of 2009

by Chris on January 1, 2010

Sometimes it feels like a serious stretch in order to put together a collection of the year’s best; this time around, it was difficult to cut it down to a solid 20.

The video’s I have selected show the full range of moodier music videos, from big-budget successes to the D.I.Y. goofs. Some were picked because they’re the work of directors and artists who raised the bar, in each case these are videos I think you’ll want to watch on your computer, over and over. Technical precision matters but entrainment value matters most of all. I hope you enjoy the following videos as much as I do! Lady Gaga marry me?
