MTV wraps up it’s list of the hottest MCs in the game with three regulars to the list and one newcomer. Kanye comes in at #4, Drake debuts on the list at #3, Lil Wayne checks in at #2, and Jay-Z retakes his throne as #1. I would have put Drake before Lil Wayne because Wayne;s best verses of the year came on Drake’s records and I believe that every song that Drake was on with Lil Wayne, he outshined him.
